How do I return an item?

Thank  you for shopping The Griswold Inn Store ~ Goods & Curiosities on-line. Your purchases are returnable, with receipt, within 30 days of original purchase for exchange on-line,  E-store credit, or Credit Card refund. This does not include sale items, one-of-a-kind collectibles where noted, or custom orders – which are all Final Sale.

Please note details of policy as follows:

Original sales receipt must accompany all returns.

Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused” condition, without showing signs of wear or damage in any way.

We do not accept returns on any special or custom orders. Please ask first if you are unsure of your custom purchase requests.

Items cannot be returned when a different return policy or time period other than the 30 days is stated in that particular item description.

If an item is received damaged, or is incorrectly shipped to you by us, please contact Customer Service immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us, or items that you did not order but received from us, will qualify for store credit or payment refund.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.  Again, you must contact us within 30 days if you intend to return any item back to our Store. Items returned to us after 30 days and without contact will not be refunded.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault. Please contact Customer Service for more information on returning an item or any questions regarding this policy.
